Privacy Policy for Construction Gantt

Construction Gantt ("we", "our", "us") is a construction project management app built by Mengtong Pan. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information we collect

• Email address: used to sign you in via one-time codes.
• User identifier: a unique UUID assigned by our backend (Supabase) to associate your projects and tasks with your account.
• Photos and videos you upload: stored in Supabase Storage so they sync across your devices and to invited project members.
• GPS location: optionally attached to each photo as EXIF metadata, only when you grant location permission and take a photo inside the app.
• Subscription receipts: processed by Apple In-App Purchase and RevenueCat to determine your subscription tier (Free / Pro / Max).

How we use this information

• To provide cloud sync across your devices.
• To share projects with people you invite.
• To determine which subscription features are available to you.
• We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data retention

• Your data is stored as long as your account is active. You can request deletion by emailing [email protected]; we will remove your account and all associated data within 30 days.
